Frogmore is more private, secluded, and peaceful. It is located inside the Windsor security zone and has enough space for Meghan’s mom, Doria, to come and stay for some time. However, it’s been reported that the cottage is in a “dilapidated” state so the royal couple will have to wait until the renovations are done.

Nonetheless, Meghan and Harry don’t have to worry about one thing – the décor, as the Queen herself has offered a helping hand.

The royal gift

It is believed that Her Majesty is helping the parents-to-be with the decoration of their new home. The Queen has offered the couple to choose any pieces of art from her private collection that they take a liking of.

According to Vanity Fair, Meghan and Harry will have to make their choice before their firstborn arrives in April. It was stated:

They have been presented with a list of paintings that would be available to them and they are making up their minds as to what they would like to hang in their new home.

It’s great news for the couple as the pair is known for their love of art. Meghan is reportedly bonded with Prince Charles over their mutual application of art while Prince Harry is rumored to gift his lady friend a Van Donna before they got married.

We are certain that the list of paintings presented by the Queen will be bigger than we imagine as, according to the Culture Trip, she owns the biggest art collection in the world.

Amongst the most recognizable gems in Her Majesty’s collection are paintings by Rembrandts, Canaletto, Rubens, as well as drawings by Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci. We are very curious which works Meghan and Harry will choose for their new home.
