Meghan Markle's Half-Sister Was Hospitalized After Car Crash That Involved Paparazzi

Date May 18, 2018

Paparazzi were always a sensitive subject for royal family. Prince Harry as well as many other people still blame the paparazzi for the crash that took his mother’s life.

Harry openly spoke about it in the new BBC documentary, Diana, 7 Days, saying that though Princess Diana suffered severe head injury after the crash, she was still alive in the back seat of the car. He said:

Instead of helping, [they] were taking photographs of her dying on the back seat. And then those photographs ...made their way back to news desks in this country.

And now, paparazzi are chasing his bride's family.

Meghan Markle's half-sister, 53-year-old Samantha, is in the hospital after a confrontation with a photographer. According to her boyfriend, Mark, the woman suffered a possible broken ankle and a fractured knee. Mark was driving the car when the incident happened.
