He went back but got trapped on the second floor of the home and wasn’t able to get out. The boy didn’t know that his siblings and parents already safely got out of the burning house. The fire quickly engulfed the building and there was nothing the firemen could do to save Adrian.

Milwaukee Fire Chief Mark Rohlfing commented:

Our first companies were on the scene in three minutes. Unfortunately, the fire was too far along.

The origin of the fire is under investigation. After a tragic loss, the family turned to God as a way to cope with the heartbreaking situation.

It’s crucial to know how to get out of a room if there is a fire. Make sure to talk to your kids and let them know how they can escape in case of an emergency like that. Everyone in the household needs to understand the evacuation plan clearly. Also, don’t forget to choose an outside meeting place where everyone can meet after they escaped.
