On April 26, the Slovenian beauty celebrated her 49th birthday. Yup, it's hard to believe she's reaching the big 50 with such a youthful appearance. A dinner was arranged in her honor and it was also joined by the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzō Abe. Melania looked her usual elegant self in an all-white $1,700 Lela Rose lace outfit. She changed the game by pairing it up with red metallic heels. Hot, hot!
