Meghan and the baby are U.S. citizens and hence, the kid will face tax dilemma as the Duke and Duchess will have to pay U.S. taxes, "which could potentially open up the notoriously private royal accounts to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)."

The USA has a special citizenship-based taxation system, implying Meghan Markle is undoubtedly taxed due to her citizenship. Simply put, U.S. tax inspectors could scrutinize Harry and Meghan's royal wealth and the income of their newborn.
