"Maybe They Didn't Understand?": Lori Loughlin And Felicity Huffman Get The Benefit Of The Doubt From Melissa Hart

Date April 8, 2019 15:27

The nationwide college admissions cheating scam is still in the hot seat, and the main characters are admittedly Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin.

They both were involved in the scandal and appeared in the court a while ago. Loughlin reportedly paid $500,000 for her daughter Olivia Jade, whereas Huffman — $15,000 for her elder daughter. Now, their lives are on the fire, and it's unknown what may happen next.

"Maybe they didn't understand?"

Many artists have already spoken about the college cheating scandal toward Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin.

The majority of stars were outraged, and Melissa Joan Hart — the former Sabrina, the Teenage Witch star  — also shared her opinion.

The only benefit of the doubt that I would like to give them is that maybe they didn’t really - and maybe it’ll come out in the court case - but maybe they didn’t understand?

The actress noted that she didn't know either of them personally, so she didn't want to judge or put a bomb on their actions. However, Hart conceded that everybody could learn lots of lessons from this situation.

It’s illegal and they shouldn’t have done it, and now they know better. Now we all know, right? We’ll all learn from that lesson.

Both Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were sued for $500 billion by one of the outraged mother, whose son didn't get into one of the colleges.

What future will the actresses have?

Well, Lori Loughlin was already sacked from the 'Full House'.

Both Hollywood stars along with other accused people arrived at the court last week to face federal judgment. Reportedly, the judge wants Loughlin and Huffman to "pay" for what they have done and serve in a prison, which can reach up to 5 years.

Hopefully, justice will be on our side. Doesn't matter who does such gruesome things, everybody deserves fairness.
