Scottish professional wrestler Adrian McCallum popularly known as Lionheart is dead. He was 36 years old.

His life and career

Born in 1982, Adrian became a professional wrestler, professional wrestling promoter and actor. Adrian had a successful career which began in 2007 and spanned over 10 years after he wrestled for a number of promotions in the British Independent wrestling circuit.

Up until his death, he reigned as the ICW World Heavyweight Champion. He was also the owner of a wrestling promotion called Pro Wrestling Elite.

Tragic news

The news of Adrian’s death was confirmed on June 19 in a tweet by Insane Championship Wrestling (ICW).

However, it’s still unclear at this time how the three-time Scottish heavyweight champion, and three-time Preston City wrestling heavyweight champion suddenly died.

The wrestler’s death is coming just a few days after he was renamed ICW’s world heavyweight champion and earned the title of Union of European Wrestling Alliances’ Heavyweight Champion.
