As it was reported earlier, Michelle Stafford is leaving a popular series General Hospital after five years. Michelle portrayed her character, Nina Reeves, from 2014 to 2019.
According to reports, Michelle’s contract with GH has come to an end, and they couldn’t make a new deal.
While fans were deeply saddened about the actress’ decision to leave the iconic series, Michelle commented on her departure on Twitter.
Stafford thanked all her devoted fans for their love, support, and all “gorgeous and beautiful comments.”

What’s next for Michelle?
Fans wonder who will replace Michelle in GH. According to reports, Cynthia Watros will be joining the ABC soap replacing Stafford in the new season. Watros is best known for her appearance in the iconic series Lost.
As for Michelle Stafford, she also has big plans for the future. The actress is returning to The Young And The Restless to replace Gina Tognoni. Michelle will step back into the role, which she had from 1994 to 2014.
