The Duchess of Sussex finally launched the Smart Works charity that helps unemployed women regain their confidence through fashionable clothes.

As an avid feminist, Meghan strives to build up women and help them achieve their dreams by any means necessary. While the launch was complete success, not everyone was happy with the Duchess.

Social media accuse Meghan Markle of being selfish and hypocritical

Some royal fans believe the Duchess of Sussex got involved in the charity to build herself up and that her speech was too selfish.

As usual, her statement contains the word “I” too many times to count. It’s all about her.

Others claim it's hypocritical of Meghan to promote brands such as Marks & Spencer, Jigsaw, and others, when she prefers only high-end designers.

But she doesn't wear anything from these companies. Its always haute couture for her over high street. Hypocrisy again, naturally. #MeghanMarkle

Thanks Meghan for contributing to the landfill pollution in which fashion items make up 20% of world's garbage. The textile industry manufactures clothes at a rate that it add almost 150mm tonnes of garbage every year. Guess you dont do any research. could've asked FW to donate
