What is the CBE honor?

The CBE honor means the Commander of the Order of the British Empire. It was created by King George V during World War I to reward the services of people helping back in the United Kingdom.

The mother of three also recalled how Her Majesty subtly ended their chat with a comic handshake by pushing her hand away. Recalling the memorable moment on the Graham Norton Show, Kate said:

She did this most extraordinary thing. You put out your hand to shake it and she sort of gives you this suggestive nudge backward, like “you’re done, that’s it. Go back again.
