Although Meghan Markle might be a royal now, she was initially from Los Angeles. The Duchess of Sussex born in Los Angeles, California, USA, to her parents, Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland.

Meghan was just 6-years-old when her parents divorced, and her father moved to Mexico. However, she stayed with her mother in Windsor Park, LA.

It was there that the Meghan grew up and went to school.

Meghan had her education at various private schools, first starting at the Hollywood Little Red Schoolhouse when she was just 2-years-old.

She then went on to attend the Immaculate Heart High School, after which she went to the Northwestern University where she earned her Bachelor's degree.

Meghan sells her LA home rather low

Before Meghan married the prince, Meghan lived in a four-bedroom house in the heart of Hollywood with her ex-husband Trevor Engelson.

And now the Duchess of Sussex has put her beautiful colonial-style house on the market for $1.8million.

The house has more than 2,000 sq ft of space with an open floor plan, three bathrooms, and a living room with a fireplace.

The Hancock Park home also has a grassy garden and an alfresco dining area in addition to the kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area.

Many are wondering if the price tag Meghan put on the house is not too small for the luxury and extravagance that comes with the place.
