Prince William Admitted He’s Really Worried About Prince George And Princess Charlotte’s Future During An Interview With BBC

Date September 26, 2019

Kate Middleton and Prince William are known to be the hands-on parents. The couple, who is raising three children together, has become the quintessence of the perfect family.

However, there was a time when the royal dad expressed worries about his kids’ future.

William’s concerns

According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, it seems that the Cambridge family has been spending more and more time in their secluded home Anmer Hall, in Norfolk. The place was gifted to the couple by the Queen after their wedding in 2011.

Anmer Hall has become their personal retreat from their official residence at Kensington Palace and from the rest of the world. Yet, the more time Williams spends with his family in Norfolk, the angrier royal fans and the press become.

Some people viewed William’s decision to spend more time away from everyone as a way to hide his family from the spotlight, which is not something that is expected from the heir to the throne.

The Duke got tired of the criticism and addressed the accusations by defending his wish to put his family first. He said in an interview with the BBC:

I'm a new father and I take my duties and my responsibilities to my family very seriously and I want to bring my children up as good people with the idea of service and duty to others as very important. But if I can't give my time to my children as well, I worry about their future.

Nicholl claims that this worry is exactly why the Cambridge family occasionally disappears from the public eye to enjoy the quolity time together in Norfolk.

We can be sure William succeeded at becoming the best father he can. His kids even came up with the cutest nickname for him. Kate Middleton once revealed that Charlotte and George call their royal daddy Pops. Isn’t it cute?
