The young royals were reportedly in the courtyard with their nanny Maria Teresa Borrallo when the 40-year-old felon got close to them.

Darren Benjamin was delivering furniture on July 14 to Kensignton Palace when the incident occurred. He said he was greeted by Prince George and boasted to his friends that the future king was friendly.

A source said to the site that it was chilling that the former felon had the nerve to boast to his friends about how close he got to the royal children.

The security team at Kensignton Palace didn’t know that Darren was a convicted felon before he was allowed into the palace.

Concerned parents, Prince William and Kate, have demanded to know how the convicted torturer got within feet of his three kids.

A source stated that William is very worried that Darren got close to his kids without any extra protection in sight. Darren was jailed for seven years in 2008 when he was found guilty of being part of torturing plot.

Royal fans react

Many royal fans are worried about the young royals’ safety and couldn’t help but comment about it.

It is so scary that the royal children were so close to danger, and no one knew about it beforehand. Hopefully, more is done to protect members of the Royal Family.
