Royals are ready for Christmas

December is probably the busiest month of the year due to the holidays’ preparation. Members of the British royal family are not the exception. Monarchs are big fans of the festive season, just like the rest of us.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and her big family are starting to prepare for the Christmas celebration. Of course, preparation starts with decorating the castle.

This-year Christmas decorations at Windsor Castle honor Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Huge Christmas trees decorated with red and gold baubles have been placed at the royal residence. The main and biggest tree has been placed at St. George’s Hall.

All the rooms in the castle have been decorated with hundreds of stunning ornaments and Christmas lights.

The State Dining Room has been decorated with silver-gilt cutlery and crockery laid on the dining table.

Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla, as well as William and Kate, will join the Queen and Prince Philip for the traditional Christmas celebration. As for Harry and Meghan, they plan to spend the holiday with the Duchess’ mother in the United States.
