The dad-of-three Prince William has his own methods to resolve disputes between his children. Do you want to know how William handles debates in his family?

How William resolves disputes

Royal kids are first of all just kids and secondary, members of the royal family. Like all little romps, royal children fight too.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are the proud parents of two sons and one adorable daughter. During a royal engagement at Kensington Palace last week, William had a talk with one of the winners of The Diana Award, Olivia Hancock.

Olivia promotes gender equality among football players and she had a warm conversation about it with the Duke. William told her that he enjoys playing football with his elder kids, George and Charlotte.

Like all children, the royal brother and sister also have fights and this is when William comes to the rescue.

Olivia recalled her conversation with Prince William:

So when I was chatting with Prince William he said to me, when Charlotte's in goal George says to her that 'Charlotte I'm better than you'.

In such case, William teaches his son that girls could be as good as boys in sport. Olivia added:

It's great to hear that Prince William is saying that to George.

Siblings’ bond

A source close to the family told that George and Charlotte may have some arguments at home, but it’s nothing serious.

The source reported:

It's usually over silly things like toys or what TV shows they want to watch. But most of the time they get on.

It’s very important for parents to raise their kids in a healthy and loving surrounding. That’s what William and Kate do, and the result says it all. They have three wonderful children!
