Sarah Ferguson puts a brave face daily to continue her important social and philanthropic activities amid all the pain she is bearing inside.

When I talk about Prince Andrew, I talk about family because the last six months have been hard on the girls and me. To see such a wonderful man go through such enormous pain. He is the best man I know.

Just like her daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, she is going through challenging times now due to her ex-husband’s scandal and excessive attention surrounding him.

Several days ago, the mother-of-two attended Child of Mine Ball — the organization she has become a patron of in the past. Sarah Ferguson was dressed up to the nines, looking incredibly chic in a blue floor-length dress with open back and a delicate decollete.

The astounding eveningwear also featured beautiful embroidery on the sleeves and embellished belt. Fergie rounded out a pair of pearl earrings, which matched the vintage detailing on her blue gown ideally.

The kind-hearted Duchess made a heartfelt speech, during which she talked about different causes of her charity work and mentioned her’ blood in her veins’ daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie, and how strong they are despite all hardships.

Sarah Ferguson’s work

The 60-year-old believes that we can shine only when we help others. Throughout 25 years, Sarah Ferguson has been involved in different activities, and she always says that charity “has saved her life.”

It has probably saved my life, too, by giving me purpose through hard times. As my grandmother always said, “When you feel bad about yourself, go out there and do something for somebody else.”

Besides, the mother-of-two claims that she doesn’t lose inspiration to help others when she meets different children from all over the world with a bag of problems and unfavorable experiences. Such golden-hearted deeds have admittedly influenced Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

Some interesting factors about these girls’ activities:

  • Princess Beatrice’s fascinator in 2011 received much attention, and later on, it was auctioned for $109K on eBay, and all the money went to Children in Crisis and UNICEF.
  • Princess Eugenie helped her mother in creating Royal graffiti, called Royal Love, which was later exhibited in the gallery and sold. All the money was donated to Fergie’s organization, Children in Crisis.

Indeed, Sarah Ferguson deserves admiration. She has done so many great deeds and never stops helping others that it’s impossible not to respect her. In general, all royal members dedicate much time and effort to charity work, and that’s why we love them.
