People Are Sorry For Princess Beatrice As Her Wedding Will Be Very Different From Meghan & Eugenie's One

Date February 11, 2020 17:49

Princess Beatrice’s royal wedding is getting closer! Prince Andrew’s eldest daughter got engaged to her Italian stallion Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi back in September last year, which means that all Sarah Ferguson’s children are officially off the market now.

However, Princess Beatrice’s wedding will be different

When Meghan Markle was marrying Prince Harry, the BBC was covering the entire event. 29 million people in the US alone tuned in to watch the former American actress say “I do” to her British Prince.

When the Duke and Duchess of York’s youngest daughter Eugenie tied the knot with her boyfriend Jack Brooksbank, royal fans were able to see the wedding on ITV.

However, it's been said that Princess Eugenie’s royal nuptials won’t get any coverage at all. According the BBC, the Buckingham Palace opted not to televise the wedding.

People feel sorry for Bea

@londblu:

Hooray! Shame it can’t be a public celebration because of the media’s smear campaign on Andrew. Because of course billionaires don’t have friends everywhere due to their wealth.

@prittybritty_xox:

im excited, i hope its live streamed but it most likely isnt because people blame her for her fathers actions :(It might be because of her father.

Royal expert Phil Dampier believes that the wedding will be a very private affair because of the scandal Beatrice’s father, Prince Andrew, got himslef involved in.

He said:

Andrew is so toxic at the moment, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s going to be a private wedding with a couple of photos released afterwards.

Here’s what we know about the event at the moment:

  • the official date is confirmed to be May 29, 2020;
  • the venue will be Chapel Royal at St. James’s Palace;
  • the Queen will host a private reception at Buckingham Palace.
  • Prince Andrew will give Bea away.

We are trully disappointed to hear that the Palace decide not to cover Bea’s wedding as it’s not her fault that her dad is now persona non grata in the social circles. Despite what will happen, we are very excited about the wedding and can’t wait to see a new bridal royal dress. What do you think Beatrice would go for - classic gown like Meghan or modern style, like her younger sis?
