The 44-year-old Ensa passed away on February 23. Up till her last days, she remained a loyal supporter of her disgraced father.

But despite his daughter’s support, Bill acted really coldly about her health problems when Elsa had a heart scare a couple of years ago. An insider said:

He didn’t even go to the hospital. He was convinced her problems were drug-related and felt she needed to beat them on her own.

But the insider claims that Ensa’s death wasn’t the biggest nail in the coffin of Camille and Bill’s marriage. Cosby’s endless sexual scandals put a lot of stress on 74-year-old TV producer and philanthropist.

The core of the case against the comedian came from the former Canadian basketball player Andrea Constand, who accused Cosby of drugging and then assaulting her at his home in January 2004. Constand met Cosby when she was working at his former university. According to Andrea, the comedian mentored her and then betrayed that trust.

On the first trial, jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict. After the second trial, Bill Cosby has pleaded not guilty.
