The birthmark doesn’t affect Daniela’s vision and she even loves to be different from other actresses due to this eye effect. The star calls it “my little trademark.”

However, there is one thing than annoys Daniela.

She said:

Sometimes my appearance gets photoshopped. It drives me crazy.

Love and accept yourself as you are

The NCIS actress added that she never felt hurt over her unusual appearance.

I don’t think it’s ever gotten me a job or lost me a job.

But she added that sometimes, make-up artists need to light her eye in a slightly way.

Daniela Ruah is happily married to her NCIS co-star Eric Christian Olsen’s elder brother, David. The couple tied the knot in 2013 after two years of dating.
