It took 11 months after his death for me to finally start fighting for my life again. I’ve lost my way to many times to count in my “dieting years”, that I eventually said enough is enough! I have change the way I’m living my life before it’s to late.

Nancy kept her followers up to date with her weight loss journey and inspired everyone to follow her example.

2 years after changing her life, Nancy posted an incredibly relatable message reminding herself of how much happier she'd become:

Happy 2 year anniversary🎂. Two years ago today I decided to LOVE myself! No more pity looks, No more Excuses, No more questions of how many months pregnant I am, No more diet starts Monday, No more going Up a size every time I go shopping, No more you’re Beautiful for a Big girl! No surgery, No magic pills! I did this the hard way. With my sweat, tears, bruises, and body aches. This is just step one. I’m Not done yet!

@enigma_leigh I'm looking at your before and see that you had the same beautiful face and same beautiful soul! I hope that any man who wouldn't probably take the time to know you back then never gets the opportunity now! I hope the love that finds you will accept you in any form!! Congratulations on realizing the love of yourself!

What was her diet?

Nancy mentioned clean eating as her choice of a diet, which means a person needs to avoid processed foods with artificial ingredients. The goal in this case is to eat clean and healthy products full of vitamins and good nutrients.
