And while the royal couple can have as much pets as they want at Frogmore, Buckingham Palace is now strictly off-limits.

The Queen's pet ban

Royal insiders announced that Her Majesty will no longer tolerate outside pets at Buckingham Palace, and she has several reasons to do so. As RadarOnline.com reports:

Harry and Meghan have moved their offices in with the Queen’s Buck House, and she absolutely does not want some mutt messing up her rugs. Plus her corgis rule the roost there and don’t take too kindly to outsiders.

From now on, no pets will be allowed on the premises, except for Her Majesty's beloved corgis. The decision was made almost at the same time as Meghan and Harry shared their desire to get a rescue, but was it just a coincidence?

Probably not, since Queen Elizabeth II sensed a threat of a new mutt coming to the Palace, so she quickly decided to prevent it.

However, the rule isn't meant to insult the Sussexes. The Queen had singled out Kate and William's beloved dog Lupo out of the fear of her corgis getting into a fight.

Now, the Queen realized her family is rapidly growing so she needs more control over the situation, hence, new rules. We just hope Harry and Meghan don't break this one.
