To make a trap for them, mix chemical products with the sugar, and they'll find it on their own. One of the most well-known products is boron salt, which is found in high concentration in detergents. It turns out boron salt is deadly for ants. All we need to do is mix two spoons of it with half a cup of sugar. Then, let the mixture rest in water.
