Couple Took In A 33-Lb Cat From The Shelter To Help Him Lose Weight. He's Already Achieved Encouraging Results!
Not only people but also animals are sometimes lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time.
Mike Wilson and Megan Hanneman once decided to take an animal from a shelter. They may well have preferred some cute tiny kitten, but their attention was attracted by a 3-year-old cat that weighed 33 lb.
When we walked in, we were instantly drawn to this gentle giant named Bronson. The receptionist told us that to go in and see him we would first need to sit down and be interviewed by a staff member.
The couple got acquainted with Bronson personally only the next day. Megan and Wilson decided that it would be great to adopt the pet and help him lose those extra pounds.
We went in to meet him and instantly fell in love. I remember my cheeks hurting from smiling for so long.
Bronson was so charming and affectionate that the couple literally couldn’t wait to take him home. By the way, a lot of weight isn’t the pet’s only distinctive feature. He also has extra toes, which make his front paws resemble human hands.
Now Mike and Megan are helping Bronson get rid of his extra pounds. They have been changing the cat’s diet and trying to support his activity through games and exercises.
For example, in this video Bronson climbs the stairs for the first time.
The friendly feline and his determined owners have already achieved impressive results. Now, the cat weighs 27.5 lb, and this is only the beginning!
We wish Bronson lose all the excess weight as soon as possible to enjoy his life to the fullest!
