We all know the stereotype that cats and dogs are archenemies. However, we have witnessed many times that these animals can perfectly co-exist side-by-side and, in some situations, come to each other's rescue.
Previously, we have told you about a dog that saved a cat's life. The poor feline fell into the fountain and couldn't get out until the dog jumped into the water and dragged it out.
Awww melt my heart! Animals are real friends! 🤗🤗🤗 pic.twitter.com/oNpNHPHm1j— Figen.. (@thefigensezgin) December 18, 2018
The subject of today's story, a Reddit user with a nickname elphaba16, adores animals. She has two dogs and two cats living at home.
The woman, like any other pet owner, was probably curious what her pets do in her absence.
Especially the ginger cat Kelvin and dog named Joule which don't often interact with each other when she's around.
The Reddit user set up a webcam to watch the animals while she's out. It turned out that as soon as the owner leaves for work, Kelvin and Joule get on the couch and snuggle.
In the woman's absence, the two are inseparable!
We have previously told you about a man from Canada who also decided to record a video of what his pets do when left alone at home. It turned out that his cats Shorty and Kodi really miss their owner. When Rob left for work, the pets kept on yowling and "calling" for him at the door for a long time.
Are you curious what your cat or dog does when you're not around? Would you like to conduct some an experiment someday? Tell us about it in the comments!
