She’s The Heaviest Female Bodybuilder Ever, But You Wouldn’t Recognize Her In Her Teens

You’ve probably heard dozens of stories about people who changed their bodies beyond recognition. One world-famous bodybuilder’s fate could have been different as well if it wasn’t for her father. You would hardly recognize her in her teens.

Nataliya Kuznetsova, more often recognized under her maiden name Trukhina, is an experienced powerlifter and a real Russian Amazon. Her track record includes titles of world arm-lifting champion, world bench press and deadlift champion, champion of the Cup Eastern Europe, and numerous more. Nataliya's biceps measure in at 1' 7", and she can deadlift 529 lb.



But there was a time when Kuznetsova looked completely different. At the age of 14, Nataliya weighed 90 lb, was a quiet, insecure girl, but with a great passion for sports. To help his daughter believe in herself, the father took the girl to the gym. According to the girl, everyone there was quite friendly to her.



They treated me really well, tried to support me – I got a membership for free.

Nataliya began to train hard, which her parents didn’t really approve of. However, after the 16-year-old won the Baikal Grand Prix, they changed their minds.



Natalia trains 5-6 times a week, but she also makes time for her family: she is married to athlete Vladislav Kuznetsov.



By the way, this is not the only woman who can boast huge muscles. For example, athlete Julia Vins with the face of a doll easily squats with 500 lb and bench presses 220 lb.
