22-year-old Julia is 5’5’’ and weighs around 135 pounds. At the same time, the 'fragile' girl squats 445 lbs, bench presses 220 lbs, and deadlifts 360 lbs! One can’t but wonder, where is such strength coming from?

Not every male athlete is that bulked up!

In 2015, Vins became International Master of Sport in Powerlifting and she says she started working out at the age of 15. Her goal was quite common: the girl wanted to become stronger and more confident in herself. In 2012, Julia took up powerlifting, and, according to her, it was the best choice:

That year completely changed my outlook and concept of beauty. There are many people who like me, and even more people who are annoyed with my success. Julia receives a lot of negative comments about her appearance, but she got used to them. She is convinced that everyone should look as they see fit, and fragile, tender girls are nothing more than a stereotype:
