A nutritious snack, which is easy to prepare and so dear to most of us, is a sandwich. What could be more convenient than packing a fresh slice of bread spread with butter and topped with a piece of delicious cheese to work or a trip? At the same time, people who decide to eat healthy refuse from this treat and then search for something as good to replace it with.
For all the sandwich lovers there is great news: you can still eat them, but only those made of healthy ingredients and in reasonable quantities, of course.
