Of course, getting rid of a lot of weight is impossible in a matter of weeks or months. Anyone with the problem knows just how much hard work it is. However, there is no need to despair because hundreds of thousands of people have overcome the problem of obesity, and many are glad to share their success stories. If they managed to do it, anyone can!
Our hero for today, Dr. Ross Gardner, once weighed 396 lb in his worst years. He drank a quart of strong alcoholic beverage every day, and when he flew by plane, he had to buy two tickets because he simply didn’t fit in one chair. Ross was comfortable with everything; he lived in a comfort zone – that is, until doctors shocked him with unexpected news. By the way, Ross is also a medic by profession. In theory, he knew that obesity harms a person, but didn’t do anything about it.
Doctors told Ross that unless he started taking care of his health and began to lose weight, he had no more than 3 years left to live. At that time he was just 28 years old. The effect of what was said was reinforced by the fact that the company invited Ross on a cruise, where he had to pay for two seats again. After that, he seriously thought about his life for the first time.
It was 2004. Ross was faced with the fact that he didn’t have information about proper nutrition and fitness exercises. In those years, the internet and the culture of healthy lifestyles weren’t so well developed. But the young man was determined to fulfill his goal and gradually, step by step, came to understand the basics of proper nutrition and exercise. He has been losing weight for several years, a total of 210 lb! He pumped up, got more handsome, became fit, and even unrecognizable!
By profession, Ross is a chiropractic physician. He also helps everyone who suffers from obesity. His goal is to change their lives for the better.
Ross’ case is truly motivating because, not only did he reconsider his lifestyle, but he also learned to inspire others. Great job!
