Scientists also found a connection between birth month and 9 types of heart disease.

There is a definite trend among people born at the end of winter or at the beginning of spring. Most often, these people are at increased risk of cardiovascular diseases.

For example, people born in March face the highest risk of atrial fibrillation, arrhythmias, heart failure, and mitral valve disorder. According to researchers, this may be due to seasonal fluctuations in vitamin D levels in the body.

There's no reason to worry!

Don’t rush to apply this data to yourself and your loved ones. It is only accurate for people born in the United States, but so far there are no studies on other countries.

Dr. Tatonetti mentioned that although a strong correlation has been established, the risk associated with birth month is relatively small compared to more significant factors, such as diet and exercise.

Anyway, it makes you think. Knowing your potential weaknesses, you can prevent the development of a serious condition.
