Sensual, beautifully contoured lips are the best adornments of a woman's face, many can only dream of. For some reason, it is commonly believed that it is only possible to achieve a correct shape and boosted volume of the lips with rather pricey and painful procedures. However, it isn’t necessarily so. If a few years ago ladies trusted their beauty only to experts, today many put their own effort to preserve young looks, and regularly do simple and effective gymnastics. We offer you to try it as well.

Exercise #1

Gently take the upper lip with index fingers and thumbs of both hands, and slightly turn them outward. Then, the fingers should resist when you tense lips muscles to return to their original position. Repeat the exercise 15 times and do the same with the lower lip. It is recommended to repeat this set three times a day. It can strengthen the muscles of the mouth area and make them more elastic. A pleasant bonus is the desired volume increase.

Exercise #2

This exercise resembles getting ready for a kiss. Repeat it 10 times. Slightly open your mouth and, as you stretch your lips forward, loudly say the letter 'O'. It is important not to neglect the vocal component, because it creates additional stimulating muscle tissue vibration.

Exercise #3

This exercise also prevents the formation of nasolabial folds and wrinkles around the mouth. Firmly close the lips and slightly protrude them. Then, move your lips in a circular fashion 10-15 times clockwise and the same in the opposite direction. Then, try moving them in a figure of 8 a few times. Repeat the whole set 4 times.

Exercise #4

Place your index fingers on the corners of your mouth. Press gently, while pointing them slightly up. Hold the pressure for 7 seconds. One exercise per day is enough. It prevents the corners of the mouth from lowering, which can make face look sad.

Exercise #5

It's time to be a little childish and literally poke your tongue out. This simple exercise is considered one of the most effective. Open your mouth and try to stick out the tongue as far as possible. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise #6

Another simple exercise with a flavor of childhood, which has long been a part of the lips volume boost program. It is somewhat similar to a smile of a goldfish. Draw your cheeks in as much as possible while at the same time protruding firmly closed lips. Then, smile as wide as you can. Repeat 15 times.

Exercise #7

This exercise will allow you to improve blood circulation in the mouth area, which in turn will enlarge your lips. Slightly, so as not to feel discomfort, bite the lips on the right and left alternately for 2 minutes.

A soft massage can be a perfect end to your daily gymnastics. Gently rub the lips with the back of the palm, so that they redden a little. It also stimulates the blood flow and improves their elasticity.

Spend a couple of minutes for a massage with scrub. It is better to do it in the evening, right before going to bed. Please note: the cosmetic exfoliator should contain fine abrasive particles, so as not to damage the delicate skin. You can buy or prepare it yourself, for example, by grinding wheat grains and mixing them with honey.

An ordinary toothbrush can also serve as an exfoliator. After the usual hygienic procedure, gently move it over your lips, and the bristles will provide a massaging effect, and also help remove dead cells.

Finally, don’t forget about moisturizing. Dry, scaly lips will always look less attractive, even if in fact they are quite plump.

Following this simple routine will make your smile dazzling, and improve the condition of the whole face. With these exercises, you can prevent nasolabial folds and cheeks sagging, minimize swelling, strengthen, and activate the muscles.
