On the internet, you can find many claims that toner is a completely useless product. However, it does help restore the acid balance of the skin after it has been cleansed. Regardless of what has been used for this – foam, soap, lotion, or water.

6. Sleeping on silk pillowcases prevents wrinkles.

One of the main causes of the appearance of wrinkles is photoaging, which is associated with exposure to UV rays. Pillow cases made of silk and any other smooth fabric are an ineffective measure of prevention, as a person changes the position many times during the night and spends one third of the night's rest on the back. This time is simply not enough for wrinkles to form.

These components have an antibacterial effect, prevent the breakdown of the ingredients, and extend the shelf life of the product in a non-sealed package. Without them, we would have to keep creams in a separate refrigerator, get them out of the jars with sterile spatula, and buy new ones every 3-4 days.
