10 Best Recipes For Heavenly Homemade Sweets

Date September 14, 2018

Chocolate sweets are a sublime treat. Those who have read “Chocolat,” a novel by Joanne Harris, know what atmosphere they can create. In particular, this is true for handmade chocolates. And the good news is you don’t have to go to expensive confectionery boutiques to treat yourself and your close ones with this delicacy. Most common ingredients, a little time and patience - and the glorious sweets are on your table!

There is nothing better than a friend, unless it is a friend with chocolate.

1. Home-made Raffaello

  • 7 ounces (200 g) of curd cheese;
  • 1 coconut (grated pulp);
  • 3.5 ounces (100 g) of almonds;
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.

Grind the coconut pulp to flakes and put aside. Mix curd cheese and powdered sugar until they form a homogeneous mass. Take one almond and form a ball of “candy dough” around it. Roll each candy in the coconut flakes and put it in a dish with enough room. Covered with a film and put it into a refrigerator for an hour and a half. And there you go - “more than a thousand words”!
