Tony Wood, who had six kids, decided to have fun. He responded to the girl:

The man also attached the picture of his five children, who approvingly gave her the thumbs-up.

Little Kaizler was in the hospital with his mom, as he was undergoing chemotherapy. In 2015, the boy was diagnosed with leukemia.
