Young Girl Loses Over 150 Pounds And Becomes A Role Model For Healthy Living On Social Networks

Jessica Beniquez was a 19-year-old girl who weighed over 315 pounds - until she finally realized that her lifestyle was putting her health at risk and decided to take action.

She gave up sweets and fast food, and then exchanged hours sitting on her couch binge-watching TV series for an exercise routine. Unsurprisingly, these two decisions have changed her life.

Jessica says it was not an easy thing to do, but she is now living proof that anything is possible when you have enough strength and determination. Within only 19 months, Jessica lost 150 pounds - nearly half of her total weight.

At first, she was not brave enough to go to the gym, so she started watching YouTube training videos and exercising at home.

Nowadays, she spends about two hours a day at a gym near her home and claims that the place only brings joy into her life.

Jessica also decided to share her story on social networks to inspire others to make the change that changed her life.

Her Instagram account has nearly 400,000 followers. She posts pictures that tell the story of her achievements, and videos about her workout routine and eating habits.

"Don’t ever allow a bump in the road to put an end to your journey," she says, and she is steadfast and strong in her new found mission to fight against being sedentary.
