1. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip

The Queen and Prince Philip wedded in November 20, 1947. They had a showstopper four-tier cake, which was towering 9 ft. tall and weighed no less than 500 lbs. Created by McVitie and Price Ltd., the giant delicious beauty was decorated with scenes from the couple’s lives.

2. Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson

Despite the heartbreaking end of the marriage that lasted 10 years, spirits were high on the big day that took place on July 23, 1986. Prince Andrew and Duchess Sarah served their guests a stunning 5½-ft. marzipan and rum-soaked cake. The beautiful treat was prepared at the navy supply school HMS Raleigh and was made of 15 different ingredients. It was so big, it could be cut into 2,000 slices.

3. Prince Charles and Princess Diana

The couple, who wedded on July 29, 1981, had one official cake, made by chef David Avery of the Royal Naval Cookery School.
