3 Simple Yet Effective Exercises To Get Rid Of Facial Wrinkles

None of us is getting younger as years pass by. All those expensive procedures and cosmetics cannot prevent it. Yes, they can help you look a bit better. But after approximately 40 years, our skin loses its tone, wrinkles and creases appear. Also, a double chin may appear, as well as the oval shape of our faces tends to disappear.

This doesn’t sound too appealing, right? Luckily, we can slow down the processes of aging with the help of so-called “facebuilding”. It is, basically, gymnastics for your facial muscles and skin.

The best thing about this method is that you can do it anywhere, and doesn’t take too much time – less than 5 minutes! You would be surprised how much fresher your skin will look after several days of exercises.

Facebuilding

There are many different variations of gymnastics. We are to present you the most effective, simplest, and easy to remember exercises:

Exercise #1

The goal: Elimination of wrinkles around the mouth.

How to execute: Create a letter “O” shape with your mouth, but with your lips fully covering your teeth.

Exercise #2

The goal: Tighten your facial skin.

How to execute: Smile as wide as possible while lifting the corners of the mouth upwards.

Exercise #3

The goal: Elimination of the double chin and strengthening of the face oval.

How to execute: Open your mouth and press your tongue against the upper front teeth as hard as possible.

Contraindications

Although these exercises are really simple and don’t require special training, there are still some contraindications:

  • if you underwent plastic surgery face in the last 2 years;
  • botulinum toxin injection therapy;
  • high blood pressure;
  • presence of facial injuries.
