  1. mix 1 tsp. of baking soda with a pinch of table salt;
  2. dip a wet toothbrush into the mixture;
  3. scrub your teeth for a couple of minutes the way you normally do when brushing;
  4. rinse your mouth well with water.

Repeat this procedure at least once every week for the best effect.

Strawberries contain plenty of vitamin C, which has antibacterial properties, and that can help keep plaque-causing bacteria in check. Simply eating a handful of fresh strawberries can work, or you can rub them on your teeth, leave them on for a few minutes, then rinse your mouth with baking soda solution, followed by a rinse with plain water.

6. Orange peels

This simple and quick remedy doesn’t require anything but fresh orange peels. Just rub the inner sides of orange peels on your teeth – that’s all you have to do. Repeat the procedure daily for the best effect.

7. Black tea

Black tea contains substances that can help remove harmful bacteria from your teeth. Just rinse your mouth with a strong, unsweetened black tea infusion. But black tea can stain your teeth, so rinse your mouth with plain water afterward.
