8 Effective Tips To Lose Leg Fat And Make Your Legs Slim And Well-Toned

1. If you haven’t been active, start slowly.

5. Change your diet.

Eat more whole grains, beans and legumes, fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat or zero-fat dairy products (such as cottage cheese), and sources of healthful fats (e.g. walnuts, avocados, and olive oil).

6. Drink enough water.

The importance of adequate hydration can’t be stressed enough. Drinking enough water is essential for keeping your digestive system working smoothly, which is an important part of weight loss. If plain water is too boring for you, add some lemon to it.

7. Wear dark-colored bottoms.

It has nothing to do with weight loss, but wearing bottoms of dark colors, such as black or navy blue, can make your legs appear slimmer.

8. Tan your legs.

Suntanned legs look slimmer than pale legs, but you need to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. Apply sunscreen on your legs and other exposed areas of your body, and choose hours when the sun is less active (it’s the most active between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.) to go suntanning.
