But one person is hoping to get some money from the singer for her personal needs. Judy Eatherton wants to get some compensation to cover injuries she got while on a children's ride at Parton's Dollywood Theme Park.

The Blast found out that Eatherton was visiting Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN on March 19 last year. She says when she was exiting the Rockin’ Roadway Car Ride Eatherton, her “foot caught on the side of the ride causing her to be thrown to the ground.” According to the woman, her right wrist was fractured in the fall.

In the lawsuit that Eatherton filed against the company that owns Dollywood and Dolly Parton Productions, she also claimed that her injury led her to "loss of enjoyment of life, and permanent impairments and disabilities." The woman is sure that the ride, which is advertised as a mild attraction for kids, lacks in safety features. She blames the absence of doorways on cars to be responsible for her accident. Eatherton hopes to get $400,000 for the negligence.

There are no comments yet from Dolly Parton Productions or Dollywood as well as from Dolly Parton herself.

Parton was mentioned twice in Guinness Book of World Records. She is the artist with the most hits on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. She also recently donated her 100 millionth book via her Imagination Library. The singer comments:

It makes me feel proud of who I am, where I'm from and the fact that I am in a position to help people and especially the kids. It's so important to me because if you can teach children to read they can dream and if you dream you can be successful.

Dolly Parton recently made an announcement she would star in the remake of the 1980 comedy film, Nine to Five, along with the original cast members, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda.
