Jeff Daniels Shares A Story On How Clint Eastwood Helped Him Avoid An Imminent Death

The relation between Jeff Daniels and Clint Eastwood has started way back when Daniels was invited to play in Eastwood’s film “Blood Work”. There, he played the role of a neighbor Buddy Noone who lives in a houseboat.

That film has appeared to be one of those life-changing ones in the actor’s career. What is more, he could have got into a car accident during the film shooting if it wasn’t for Eastwood. Daniels was driving a car and lost control of the steering when Eastwood reacted very quickly and picked it up so that they could avoid the crash.

And apart from saving Daniel’s life, Clint Eastwood saved another guy’s life back in 2014. When Steve John, director of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am golf tournament ,was choking on a piece of cheese, Eastwood didn’t get lost and did the right thing that saved the man’s life.
