Over the past few years, there hasn’t been an Oscar without the comments of President Donald Trump regarding either the winners or just the performances. This time wasn’t an exception, and politics was everywhere. Some of the celebrities were raising the awareness about the Time’s Up movements, while others were promoting the issue of gun control.

However, the name of Trump hasn’t been left without attention. Kimmel, the presenter, at the 2018 Oscars, mentioned him at the very beginning of his speech.

And the President couldn’t keep silent. This year, he commented on the Oscars in the following way:
