Good news, fans of Roseanne. The hit comedy show "The Roseanne Reboot" is coming back on March 27, with all the hilarity that made its first run a success.

But a lot has changed since the '90s, and there are a few interesting changes in this reboot you need to know.

Roseanne: How It All Began

Roseanne was a sitcom that aired from 1988 to 1997, centered around the struggles of a typical American working class family, the Conners. They lived in the fictional city of Lanford, Illinois and struggle to make ends meet.

The lead, Roseanne, played by the producer, Roseanne Barr, is married to Dan Conners, and they have 3 children, Becky, Darlene, and DJ, with a fourth child, Jerry, coming later in the series.

The show was a hit from the beginning, gaining the number 1 spot in the Nielsen's ratings by its second season.

What about the two "Beckys' "?

During the show's stint from 1988 to 1997, two actresses, Lecy Goranson and Sarah Chalke, played the character, Becky. And the producers have a clever plot twist that will allow both actresses to star in this reboot.

Lecy Goranson who played Becky from Seasons 1 to 5 will reprise her role as Becky, while Sarah Chalke will be introduced in this reboot as Andrea, a middle-class married woman who offers Becky a job as her surrogate.

That will definitely put an interesting spin on things, but the producers have done more than just that.

Roseanne gets a major upgrade.

First off, Dan’s not dead.

As fans can recall, John Goodman's character, Dan, died at the end of the show's last run. However, according to the producers, this Roseanne reboot ignores his apparent death and brings him back to once again be the emotional anchor of the TV show.

Actresses, Laurie Metcalf and Sarah Gilbert will also be back to reprise their roles as Jackie Harris and Darlene Conner-Healy respectively.

There are also some new additions to the cast of the show: Ames McNamara, who plays Roseanne's grandson, Jayden Rey, and Emma Kenny who appear in supporting roles.
