Date January 19, 2018

Ever since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the happy news of their engagement, people have been awaiting the day of the royal nuptials. There have been many speculations, rumors, and heated discussions regarding the wedding dress choice, guest list, menu, and more. Here’s everything we know about Harry and his beloved’s upcoming wedding so far.

The date and location

The long-awaited ceremony will take place on May 19, 2018 at St. George’s Chapel. In fact, this place is of significant importance for the prince as he was baptized there. The engaged couple’s wedding will not be the first one to be held at this chapel. In 2005, a religious blessing of Harry’s father and Duchess Camilla took place in this historic place.

Best man choice

In December, it was confirmed that Prince William would be a best man. Of course, close friends cannot compare with the brother, so the Duke of Cambridge will gladly take on this job. His children will also have roles in their uncle’s ceremony.

Musical acts

The couple did not conform any performs, but they promised that the party would go on until the early morning hours.

The pair want to make the night as fun as possible.

Earlier, Ed Sheeran confessed that he would love to be the crooner at the royal wedding. This might come true as the singer is reportedly on the Harry’s list of performers.

There are quite a few differences when comparing two ceremonies. First, the Duke and Duchess’s wedding took place at the Westminster Abby. Due to the venue capacity, Harry and Meghan will also invite fewer guests (800 as compared with 1,900 in 2011).

But some things will remain unchanged. Same as Harry, Prince William wanted his brother to be his best man.
