Donald Trump Jr. Made A Comment On Indian People. It Literally Hit The Internet

Donald Trump Jr. seems to be not in the good relationships with Indian people. During his recent visit to India, President Trump’s eldest son made a controversial announcement that literally hit the Internet.


What did Trump Jr. say about the Indian people?

Earlier these days, Trump Jr. arrived in India on business. He planned to sell Trump-brand apartments. By the way, an apartment in the Trump Towers complex runs for $775,000 to $1.5 million.

The Trump Organization has licensing agreements with its Indian business partners, who build the properties there. There are five large projects in India at the moment. However, after Donald Trump was elected the President of the US, he has pledged to avoid any new foreign business deals.


Trump Jr. was not pretty happy with his inability to build the business in India while his father is in the office.

It is unfortunate we are not able to do new ones because there would be no shortage of business that we could do.


During his recent visit to the country aimed to sell luxury apartments featuring his family’s name, Trump Jr. made a little bit controversial comment on the Indian citizens. He mentioned the unique spirit of the Indian people saying it was indicative of a bright future for the country.


Trump Jr. specifically added that the “poorest of the poor” seemed to be positive and “all smiles” despite their unenviable position.

I don't want to be glib, but you can see the poorest of the poor, and there's still a smile on a face.

Peoples’ reaction

Numerous users on Twitter reacted immediately to Trump’s announcement pointing out that he is just the billionaire who inherited his father’s business.
