Date January 24, 2018 14:55

Miranda Lambert changes the opening line of her hit song, and fans conclude she is indirectly dissing ex-husband Blake Shelton.

Miranda surprisingly changes the lyrics of her hit song

Originally, the lines of the song that she released while living in Oklahoma with her ex were “I live in Oklahoma”.

However, at her recent show in Greenville, South Carolina, she changed it to “I got the hell outta Oklahoma”.

Fans’ guess - she slams Blake Shelton

Of course, Lambert didn't expressly refer to her ex in the song. However, considering the fact that she relocated from Oklahoma after the divorce, and now, she lives in Nashville, her fans believe that Blake is the object of the new lines.

‪Thank you @people!!!! Don't hate me because I'm beautiful... ‬

While some fans find humor in the new lyrics, others think she might be bitter about their divorce.

The couple tied the knot in 2011 after dating for five years. It was Miranda's first marriage. They were arguably country music’s most loved couple, and their union was supposed to be a happily ever kind of affair.

But, after four years, their marriage boat was rocked when Blake filed for a divorce. The divorce proceedings were finalized in the middle of 2015.

Rumors of cheating trailed both partners; however, none of them ventured to openly share if that was the reason or part of the reason for their divorce.

Two years after, both parties have moved on, and they seem to be very happy with their new partners. Blake Shelton is now with Gwen Stefanie, while Miranda Lambert is dating Anderson East.

We wish them both massive success in life.
