Oprah Winfrey Reacts To Donald Trump Calling Her "Biased" And "Insecure"

On February 18, Oprah Winfrey hosted CBS’s 60 Minutes. That same night, President Trump launched an all-out attack on the TV host, calling her “insecure”, biased and slanted”.

Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes. The questions were biased and slanted, the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!

Trump’s attack came after Oprah asked a group of voters if they still support Trump. During the discussion, she made reference to Trump’s “shithole countries” remarks. She also touched a bit on accusations of sexual harassment.

To complete the onslaught, Present Trump challenged Oprah to run for president during the next US presidential elections.

Oprah responds

For Oprah, the tweet by President Trump was more shocking than upsetting. For a moment, she says she had no idea how to respond. Then, she decided not to respond, believing that it would only escalate the situation and feed the hate.

Later on, she took a second look at the interview, just to be sure the accusations President Trump made were not valid or otherwise. She even had the producers of 60 Minutes take a second look.

Oprah recalls watching the tape and noting that when she asked the question, 'Do you care about what other people think about America?', only the Democrat’s response was used. She insisted on hearing other response as well.

Clearly, Oprah was all for fairness during the discussion. So, for her, it was baffling that she still got attacked by President Trump. In the end, Oprah said it was still “ok”.

She is not running for president

Since her powerful speech about sexual harassment at the 2018 Golden Globes, speculation is still high that Oprah will run for president. But the business mogul has a totally different take on her speech.

Are you kidding me? I was just trying to give a good speech.

Already, Oprah has received several offers from very wealthy Americans offering to fund her campaign. But Oprah insists she is not running. She says if she was to run, God would tell her.
