Eden SanBoeuf shed it all

In 2015, 25-year-old Eden SanBoeuf came face-to-face with the truth. She was obese, and her weight was starting to negatively affect her life. Fed up with the constant pain associated with the extra weight on her joints, Eden decided to change her lifestyle for good.

Soon after, she incorporated a workout routine and started dropping weight very rapidly. Furthermore, she started eating healthy and got rid of her junk food habits.

In 10 months, Eden lost 135 pounds, dropping to 170 pounds. Then, she got news that she was having a baby with husband Wyatt. Now, more than ever, she became motivated to lose more weight and stay healthy for the baby’s sake.

Sadly, Eden lost her baby on January 27, 2016, due to anencephaly, a condition where a baby’s skull does not fully form. Still, Eden fought off depression and the temptation to put on more weight.
