Considering that the birth of her two children happened very quickly, we can anticipate the third royal baby will be born today, assuming there will be no complications. The newborn prince or princess will take the fifth place in the line to the throne.

Kensington Palace took to Twitter to announce the happy news this morning:

Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, London, earlier this morning in the early stages of labour.

Royal fans, who have been camping outside of the hospital building for 15 days, are excitingly anticipating to get the first glimpse of the new royal.

The duchess is being cared for by the team of professional surgeon-gynecologists and midwives, while other experts will be waiting outside in case of any emergencies.

Prince William was last seen arriving at the Queen’s 92nd birthday party on April 21, but Kate wasn’t there with him.

Nobody, including the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge, knows whether Kate will give birth to a boy or a girl. Bookmakers will soon find out whether they have to pay out on the name, delivery date, hair color, and weight of the baby.

Who do you think it will be: a baby prince or a princess?
