Angélil was Dion’s only love. The artist met her producer when she was only 12 years old. In fact, he helped her become one of the most celebrated singers of all time. In a few years, they began a romantic relationship. Because of Céline’s career and their 26-year age gap, the two decided to keep it cool and love secretly.

In 1994, the pair got married, and they have welcomed three sons since then.

René’s death

For two years, she has been mourning her loss. And now, Céline is finally ready to reveal how they spent Angélil’s last days. As it turns out, the singer’s husband went through three years of agony, eating through a tube.

It was devastating for Dion who wanted her beloved to live in peace. But at least, he passed away peacefully, without much pain.

He had a little heart attack, it's so quick, he didn't even feel anything. I thought that he was like liberated from his pain.

Talking about a second marriage

Many fans are wondering if the iconic singer is going to marry again. And she believes it is too soon for her. She’s still in love with Angélil, she still feels like she’s married to him. It’s hard to see another person, not to mention beginning a new relationship.

Céline thinks she will always grieve him, but there’s one thing that helps her get through the day – her kids. The star’s little boy twins sleep with their mom every night to comfort her. And it helps!
