Eurovision singer and Disney princess

She finished fifth in 2009 Eurovision contest, but the singer thinks her latest role can be her career highlight. Right now, Ewen plays Princess Jasmine in the stage adaptation of Aladdin in the West End. And she is extremely excited about her part:

I love her because she was the first Disney princess who didn't need a man to make her happy.

Proposing over Valentine’s Day

Aladdin stage is also special to the singer because this is where she met her husband-to-be, Daniel de Bourg. On February 14, Jade revealed engagement news in a heartfelt post on Instagram. The black-and-white picture features the happy people with the 30-year-old flashing her huge diamond ring.

We, too, congratulate the pair on their engagement and look forward to wedding pics!

Finding love after the split

Back in 2011, Jade Ewen had an emotional split with her ex-boyfriend, Ricky Norwood, just as he was going to propose her. They had been dating for two years, and the actor often spoke about his plans to pop the question.

Unfortunately, their relationship did not work out due to work commitments, but we hope Ewen and de Bourg’s marriage will be long lasting!
